Why was my client's application denied?

There are various reasons why a client's application could be denied including discrepancies with their social security number, their name, date of birth, etc... In most cases, providing additional supporting documentation can help.

Please have your client contact the Support Team through the Connect Panel in their mobile app to learn more about why their application was denied. Applications do have the ability to be re-reviewed for approval.
