How can brokerage and/or investment accounts be linked to the Currence Reservoir?

Brokerage or Investment accounts can be linked to the Currence Reservoir in one of three ways...

  1. Currence Initiated: Create an account connection using the Currence mobile application via the Control Panel under "Linked Accounts" then "Link New Account". Then, select "Manual" as how the connection will be set up. The routing number and checking account number of the brokerage or investment account will be needed to establish the connection.

  2. They may be able to use the routing and account number provided by the Custodian on their Direct Deposit form. They need to ensure that the account number provided does not include any letters (numbers only). {I am unfamiliar... this doesn't make sense to me}

  3. External Account Initiated: Using the bank verification letter found within the Profile section of the mobile app, an ACH connection can be established from the brokerage or investment account. The Currence account number and routing number found within the bank verification letter are required to initiate the Money Movement. With this type of connection all transactions will need to be initiated from the external account.
