How do I change my client's personal information?

Changes to your client's name, date of birth and SSN cannot be changed using the mobile app. To change any of these, your client should contact us via the Help Center within the Connect Panel. We may require additional ID documents to process the request for your client.

In addition, only clients can request updates to their personal information.
